1. Material - All material we used are from Plato which is also the best material in China for making inflatable toys, for inner baffles we also use PVC that can ensure our products are more durable. The material has fireproof characteristic meeting the newest European standards.

2. Printing - We adopts digital painting with environmental protection, non-toxic, we will also add extra protection liquid covering on which is also imported from USA, so that the painting won't be faded easily. Also, the paint has passed the SGS test and lead-free. This is very important for inflatable products, because most of our products are used by children.

3. Sewing - We adopt special double needles sewing and the sewing machine is imported from Japan. The heavy duty nylon threads are strong and has the SGS certificate passed.

4. Shipping - We have our shipping agent, they have rich experience in shipping and they will finish it well.

• In 2006, Our company was founded with a clear vision and purpose, driven by the ambition and entrepreneurial spirit of its founders. The small team of three individuals worked closely together, sharing responsibilities and wearing multiple hats to handle various aspects of the business.

• In 2009, With the gradual development of the company, our company has established a factory of 500 square meters in 2009, We have introduced sophisticated machinery and equipment with a larger physical space, enabling us to scale up our production operations.

• In 2013, With the substantial increase in the company's production capacity, the scale of the company has expanded to 1200 square meters, the technology has been further improved, which have improved efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, resulting in shorter production cycles and higher output.

• In 2015, By setting up a professional sales team in 2015, our company aimed to penetrate the market more effectively. The dedicated sales team would focus on building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting the company's products or services to meet those needs.

• In 2023, The expansion of the factory area has improved to 3000 square meter factory with two workshop, also, the company structure has been further improved, such as manufacturing, designing, quality control and logistics etc. The larger production capacity enabled our company to fulfill larger orders, maintain consistent quality, and meet growing market demand.

• Now, The new office space provided a dedicated environment for the sales team and designers to collaborate and communicate effectively. With close proximity to each other, team members could easily exchange ideas, discuss projects, and work collaboratively on sales strategies, product designs, and marketing initiatives.

    We have the professional design team who are skilled 3D computer technicians along with Graphic Designers and Pattern makers, skilled sewing techniques and uniquely innovative products. 

• Design - Our design team have the ability to analyze project requirements and develop innovative design solutions that align with client goals. With their expertise, they can balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality to create designs.

• Sewing - We use Double stitching & quadruple stitching and all of sewing workers are over 8 years experience in inflatables.They can sewing the games fast and beautiful.

• Cutting - We use high-end automated cutting machine imported from Germany, which can cut material exactly, smoothly and fast.

• Printing - We adopt the best digital printing skills to assure the quality of inflatable products. Some printing is by hand, our printer is over haned printing experience 9 years.

• QC - After products ready, we have professional inspector to check quality before packing. Before shipping,one of inspector will check all products again, in avoid any mistake.
